Rachel Chamberlin Bio
Rachel Chamberlin, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant providing care for patients in Lebanon, TN, with experience in treating a wide range of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) conditions, allergies, and sleep disorders. She is dedicated to delivering hands-on, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages.
A native of Kingston Springs, Tennessee, Rachel joined Allergy & ENT Associates in 2019 and has since been committed to helping patients manage both chronic and acute ENT conditions with a personalized approach.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, before completing her Master of Science in Medicine at Trevecca Nazarene University, where she trained as a physician assistant.
She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds an active Tennessee State Physician Assistant license.
Her clinical areas of focus include:
- General ENT care (ear, nose, and throat conditions)
- Allergy diagnosis and management
- Sleep disorders and related conditions
- Acute and chronic ENT concerns
Prior to joining Allergy & ENT Associates, Rachel gained valuable experience working as a physician assistant in an ENT, Allergy, and Sleep Medicine private practice in Columbia, South Carolina. She later returned to Middle Tennessee to be closer to her family and community.
Rachel is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and providing compassionate, individualized care to help improve their overall health and quality of life.
