Kelly Strimaitis, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner providing care for patients in Hermitage, TN, with a focus on ear, nose, and throat (ENT) conditions and allergy management. She is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care, with an emphasis on both treatment and prevention.
A Nashville native, Kelly was raised in Mt. Juliet, TN, where she currently resides. She began her nursing career by earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University in 2017 and joined Allergy & ENT Associates the same year, where she trained extensively in both allergy and ENT care as Dr. Bryant’s nurse. While working in the practice, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, becoming board certified in 2021.
In addition to her nursing background, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Lipscomb University and a Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Pedagogy from Cumberland University. Her experience in sport management, including triathlon and running events, has shaped her strong interest in preventative health, lifestyle medicine, exercise, and nutrition.
Kelly is dual-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by both the:
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
She is also an active member of:
- Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing
- Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurses
Her clinical interests include:
- General ENT care (ear, nose, and throat conditions)
- Allergy diagnosis and treatment
- Preventative care and lifestyle-focused health management
- Patient education and long-term care planning
Kelly is passionate about helping patients improve their overall health through a combination of evidence-based medical care and lifestyle modifications.
Outside of her medical career, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She is very active and enjoys swimming, running, and playing pickleball. She and her husband are also proud to have completed their first half-Ironman in 2021.
