Kelly Strimaitis was born in Nashville, TN, and grew up in Mt. Juliet, TN, where she currently resides. She started her nursing career by receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 from Union University. She joined the practice in 2017, training in both allergy and ENT as Dr. Bryant’s nurse. While working at Allergy & ENT, she received her Master of Science in Nursing and became Board Certified in 2021.
Her background also includes receiving her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2012 from Lipscomb University and her Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Pedagogy in 2014 from Cumberland University. Her history of working in sport management of triathlon and running events has fueled her passion in prevention of disease with improvement of lifestyle changes including exercise and diet.
Kelly is dual-certified as a family nurse practitioner by both the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the International Nursing Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau, and the Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurses.
Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Luke, and her dog, Honey. She loves swimming, biking, running, and playing pickleball. She and her husband are proud to have completed their first half-ironman in 2021.
