Bio
Hubert Zajac was born in Poland and moved to Chicago, Illinois when he was a teenager. He attended Loyola University of Chicago where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then attended Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois where he graduated with a Master of Science in Integrative Physiology. He then completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois. During which, he served as manager of their pro bono physical therapy clinic, which delivers care to underserved communities. He is a licensed physical therapist through the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Hubert has a wealth of experience treating a variety of different pathologies in both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy settings. He has a passion for treating vestibular/dizziness conditions, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disease, headaches, and orthopedic conditions.
Hubert and his wife moved to Nashville in 2025 as she pursues a career in Anesthesiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In his spare time, he embraces an active lifestyle of playing soccer, hiking, playing pickleball, and watching his favorite soccer team, FC Barcelona.
