Katie Butler, PA
Ms. Butler grew up in Florence, Alabama (but she is a proud UT fan!). She attended Mars Hill Bible School where she played soccer, volleyball and basketball. She then attended Freed Hardeman University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. During college, Katie volunteered in the ER and worked as a patient care technician. She then worked at a pulmonology office for a year before beginning Physician Assistant school.
She moved to Nashville to attend PA school at Trevecca Nazarene University, where she earned a Master of Science in Medicine. She began working at Allergy and ENT Associates of Middle Tennessee soon after graduating. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants and The American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Katie chose a career in medicine because she enjoys helping others and being challenged to learn something new every day. She loves drinking sweet tea and making other people laugh. In her free time she plays on a coed soccer team and enjoys trying new restaurants in Nashville.
